Started Small, Stayed Focused

Back in early 2019, we noticed something odd. Plenty of businesses had websites that technically worked fine but didn't actually say much. The content felt rushed or templated. So we started helping a handful of local businesses in Hat Yai write better web content.

Turns out, a lot of people needed that. What began as a two-person operation has grown into a team that handles everything from initial strategy to ongoing content management. We still work with those first few clients, which tells you something about how we approach relationships.

We're not trying to be everything to everyone. Content creation and management is what we know, and we've gotten pretty good at it over the past six years. That focus has served us well.

Founding Partner

Branimir started excelmaxonix after spending a decade helping businesses communicate better. He's the one who insists we actually talk to our clients instead of just sending questionnaires. Before this, he ran content for a regional e-commerce platform and learned what works when you're spending real money on customer acquisition.

He's based in Hat Yai but works with clients across Southeast Asia and occasionally beyond. When he's not reviewing content drafts, he's probably testing new project management systems or complaining about poor website navigation.

How We Actually Work

Every project is different, but our process follows a pattern that's been refined through a lot of trial and error. Here's what typically happens when you work with us.

Discovery & Research

We start by learning about your business, your audience, and what you're trying to accomplish. This involves actual conversations, not just forms to fill out. We look at your existing content, your competitors, and industry trends. Usually takes about two weeks because rushing this part always backfires.

Content Planning

Based on what we learned, we map out what content you need, how it should be structured, and what it needs to accomplish. This becomes your content roadmap. We include timelines, priorities, and clear success metrics so everyone knows what we're working toward.

Creation & Refinement

This is where we write, edit, and polish everything. You review drafts, we incorporate feedback, and we keep going until it's right. We don't consider something done until you're genuinely satisfied with how it represents your business. That can take a few rounds and that's fine.

Ongoing Management

Once the initial content is live, we help keep it current and effective. That might mean monthly updates, quarterly refreshes, or just being available when something needs to change. Most clients stick with us for ongoing work because maintaining content is different from creating it.
