Build Real Skills Through Practical Content Development

Our program runs from September through December 2025. You'll work through actual website projects while learning how content shapes user experience. No shortcuts or empty promises—just hands-on work with guidance from people who do this every day.

Sixteen Weeks of Content Practice

We started this program in 2023 after noticing a gap. Lots of people can write, but writing for websites requires different thinking. You're balancing user needs, business goals, search considerations, and accessibility requirements all at once.

The autumn 2025 session meets twice weekly online. You'll tackle real scenarios—explaining technical services to non-technical audiences, reorganizing confusing navigation, writing for different industries. Some weeks feel intense. That's normal when you're learning something that matters.

  • 1 Weekly project work with feedback from working professionals who review your actual output
  • 2 Small groups of eight participants maximum so everyone gets attention and specific guidance
  • 3 Portfolio development using projects you complete during the program that demonstrate your capabilities
  • 4 Access to our team after graduation when you run into questions on client projects

Who's Actually Teaching This

Both instructors work on client projects throughout the year. They bring current challenges and solutions into sessions because they're dealing with the same issues you'll face.

Damek Vivar

Content Strategy Lead

Damek spent eight years at a Bangkok agency before joining us in 2022. He's worked on everything from e-commerce to healthcare sites. His strength is explaining why certain content approaches work better than others—not just what to do, but the reasoning behind it. Expects clear thinking and honest work.

Branko Thiele

Technical Content Specialist

Branko handles our more technical clients—companies that need to explain complex services without losing people. He came from a development background, which helps when you're writing about technology. Tends to push participants harder than they expect, but in a way that actually helps. Direct feedback style that some find refreshing.

What You'll Actually Cover

The curriculum changed after our first two cohorts. We kept what worked and dropped what didn't. Now it focuses on the skills our participants actually use when they start taking on projects.

  • 1

    Understanding Website Content Goals

Why website content exists, who it serves, and how to balance different stakeholder needs. Includes analyzing existing sites to see what works and what creates problems.

  • 2

    Writing for Different Audiences

Professional services need different approaches than retail sites. You'll practice adapting tone and detail level for various industries and user types.

  • 3

    Structure and Navigation Content

How people actually use websites versus how we think they do. Organizing information so users can find what they need without getting frustrated.

  • 4

    Technical Requirements and Standards

Accessibility guidelines, SEO basics, and responsive content considerations. The practical stuff that affects whether your content actually functions properly.

  • 5

    Client Communication and Revisions

Managing feedback, explaining content decisions, and handling the revision process professionally. Often the hardest part for new content creators.
